3、Operation of four-column hydraulic press:
1、Start the motor (pay attention to the direction of the motor - clockwise), the operator can choose the "point" or "automatic" mode according to the production needs. When the "point" mode is selected, enter the point mode, press the corresponding point button, the text function of the button can be realized, release the button, it automatically stops at the position before the release state. Therefore, the tap button is usually used when installing the mold for debugging. When "Auto" mode is selected, the machine enters into semi-automatic cycle, and stops when one action cycle is completed. Top material selection, select "off" then top material does not work, select "top material" then top material work, select "bottom material" then bottom material work.

Fourth, the simple adjustment of the machine:
The hydraulic device on the machine when the factory has been adjusted to the appropriate handle, normal production without adjustment. To avoid abnormal action, and even machine accidents.
Normal production only need to adjust the pressure relay and the right front of the machine pressure limit relief valve.
1、Adjustment of pressure relay: pressure relay is to adjust the pressing pressure in production, pressure relay clockwise for increasing, increasing value can be read out in the pressure table, when the pressure reaches 25MPa its master cylinder has reached 300T pressure, at this time can not be adjusted larger, otherwise it will be overloaded.
2, four-column hydraulic press right front pressure limit relief valve adjustment: first relax all the relief valve, the pressure relay to the required pressure (Note: can not overload), and then press the automatic double button, so that the machine automatically downward pressure to work, at this time the pressure relay can not send a signal (that is, the main cylinder can not automatically upward). Then slowly tighten the relief valve handle, adjust to the pressure relay set pressure (i.e., the pressure relay can just send a signal for to, and finally relax all the pressure relay, and lock the relief valve nut, the adjustment is over. After this adjustment, the mold will never be crushed due to overpressure, so that it can be better protected.
