I. Basic Knowledge of Four-Column Hydraulic Press:

5. The four-column hydraulic press must be connected to cooling water during operation to ensure normal oil temperature (oil temperature ≤ 55℃).
II. Basic Functions of the Four-Column Hydraulic Press:
1. The four-column hydraulic press has the functions of rapid approach, slow approach to workpiece, and rapid return, greatly improving the efficiency of the machine.
2. The four-column hydraulic press also has upper and lower die feeding functions, suitable for pressing processes under various conditions.
III. Operation of the Four-Column Hydraulic Press:
1. Start the motor (pay attention to the motor direction - clockwise), the operator can choose the "jog" or "automatic" mode according to the production needs. When the "jog" mode is selected, enter the jog mode, press the corresponding jog button to achieve the function of the button text, release the button, and automatically stop at the position before releasing. Therefore, the jog button is generally used when installing and debugging the mold. When the "automatic" mode is selected, the machine enters the semi-automatic cycle state, and stops after completing an action cycle. Die selection, select "off" if the die does not work, select "upper die" if the upper die works, and select "lower die" if the lower die works.
2. During normal production, the operator only needs to press the double button.
IV. Simple Adjustment of the Machine:
The hydraulic device handles on the machine have been adjusted appropriately at the factory, and no adjustment is required during normal production. Avoid abnormal movements or even machine accidents.
During normal production, only the pressure relay and the pressure relief valve on the front right of the machine need to be adjusted.
1. Adjustment of the pressure relay: The pressure relay adjusts the pressing pressure during production. Clockwise rotation of the pressure relay increases the pressure, and the increased value can be read on the pressure gauge. When the pressure reaches 25MPa, the main cylinder has reached 300T pressure, and it cannot be increased further, otherwise it will be overloaded.
2. Adjustment of the pressure relief valve on the front right of the four-column hydraulic press: First, loosen the relief valve completely, adjust the pressure relay to the required pressure (Note: Do not overload), then press the automatic double button to make the machine automatically descend to work, at this time the pressure relay cannot send a signal (that is, the main cylinder cannot automatically rise). Then slowly tighten the relief valve handle until the pressure reaches the pressure set by the pressure relay (that is, the pressure relay can just send a signal), finally loosen the pressure relay completely and tighten the nut of the relief valve, and the adjustment is complete. After this adjustment, the mold will no longer be damaged due to overpressure, thus better protecting the mold.
