1. Driving Mode:
Servo hydraulic presses use servo motors to drive ball screws, with pressure converted from the motor's power output. In contrast, conventional hydraulic presses use a motor to drive an oil pump, and pressure is transmitted through oil lines and valve bodies, resulting in some loss.
2. Energy Saving and Environmental Protection:
Servo hydraulic presses utilize servo motors. In standby mode, the motor remains stationary, and speed and power vary during operation. However, in conventional hydraulic presses, the motor is always rotating, consuming significant energy. During operation, speed and power remain constant.
3. Control:
Servo hydraulic presses allow setting multi-stage stroke speed, positioning stops, and pressure limits within permissible ranges, unlike conventional hydraulic presses which lack this control due to the sealing of pipelines and cylinders.
II. Functions:
1. Press-fitting quality judgment. During the press-fitting process of a servo hydraulic press, the entire pressure and displacement process is displayed on the LCD screen, allowing for online management of the entire press-fitting process, judging the qualification of products at each stage, and promptly eliminating defective products.
2. Pressure, pressing depth, and holding time can be input on the control panel, making operation simple.
3. It can be connected to a computer externally, allowing the computer to input and save data, ensuring data traceability and facilitating management.
