Level 1 Maintenance
1. Level 1 maintenance is performed after the machine runs for 600 hours. It is mainly conducted by the operators with the assistance of maintenance personnel.
2. First, cut off the power supply, then perform the following maintenance work:
I. External Maintenance:
1. Clean the external surface of the machine, keeping it clean inside and out, free of rust and stains.
2. Replace any missing screws, nuts, buttons, or signs.
II. Beam and Column Guide Rail Maintenance:
1. Clean the upper and lower beams, the moving beam's outer surface, and the columns, guide rails, slides, and pressure plates. Ensure they are clean, free of oil stains, stains, and rust spots.
2. Smooth out burrs on the bottom surface of the moving beam, the upper surface of the lower beam, and the columns, guide rails, and slides.
3. Check and tighten the fasteners of the beams and column guide rails.
III. Hydraulic and Lubrication System Maintenance:
1. Wipe and inspect the oil pump, valves, oil tank, and pipeline surfaces. Ensure they are clean, rust-free, free of oil stains, stains, and leaks.
2. Clean the oil cups and filters, clear the oil passages, and ensure the oil level indicator is clear.
3. Check the oil quality and quantity in the oil tank, and add lubricating oil as needed.
4. Check the pressure gauge.
5. Check the lubrication of the columns and guide rails.
IV. Electrical Component Maintenance:
1. Wipe the electrical box, ensuring it is free of dust and oil.
2. Check the integrity of the wiring, the reliable connection of the hose protection, and good performance.
3. Check the moving beam travel switch for sensitive and reliable operation.
4. Ensure the safety guards and column guards are complete and usable, the foot switch guard is intact, and the safety is reliable.
5. Check and tighten the grounding device.
Level 2 Maintenance
1. Level 2 maintenance is performed after the machine runs for 5000 hours. It is mainly conducted by maintenance personnel with the participation of operators. In addition to performing the content and requirements of Level 1 maintenance, the following work should be done, and easily damaged parts should be surveyed, and spare parts should be proposed.
2. First, cut off the power supply, then perform the following maintenance work:
I. Beam and Column Guide Rail Maintenance:
1. Check and adjust the scraping beam plane, column guide rails, bushings, slides, and pressure plates to ensure smooth movement and meet process requirements.
2. Repair or replace damaged parts.
II. Hydraulic and Lubrication System Maintenance:
1. Disassemble, clean, and inspect the solenoid valves, and lap the valves and valve cores.
2. Clean and inspect the oil pump, oil cylinder, and plunger, smooth out burrs, and replace the oil seals.
3. Calibrate the pressure gauge.
4. Repair or replace severely worn parts.
5. Check during operation that each oil cylinder and plunger runs smoothly without crawling. The support valve should allow the moving beam to stop accurately at any position, and the pressure drop should meet the process requirements.
III. Electrical Component Maintenance:
1. Clean the motor, check the bearings, and replace the grease.
2. Repair or replace damaged components.
3. The electrical system meets the equipment's good condition standards.
IV. Precision Correction:
1. Correct the machine level, check, adjust, and repair the precision.
2. The precision meets the equipment's good condition standards.

What are the characteristics of a hydraulic press?
CNC hydraulic oil pumps generally use internal gear pumps, while traditional hydraulic presses generally use axial piston pumps. At the same flow rate and pressure, the noise of an internal gear pump is 5 dB to 10 dB lower than that of an axial piston pump. The motor of a CNC hydraulic press runs at rated speed during pressing and return, and its noise emission is 5 dB to 10 dB lower than that of a traditional hydraulic press. When the slider rapidly descends and is stationary, the servo motor speed is 0, so the CNC hydraulic press has essentially no noise emission.

Application scope and system selection of small hydraulic presses
Suitable applications for small hydraulic presses include: 1. Punching various silicone and plastic buttons for mobile phones or remote controls, and cutting plastic products; 2. Cutting various protective films for mobile phones, digital cameras, and laptop LCD screens, as well as precision cutting and halving of various pressure-sensitive adhesives and trademarks; 3. Embossing, forming, etc., of various PV, PE, PC and other thin-film switches and panels; 4. Pressing and forming various flexible circuit lines for laptop keyboards, etc. Small hydraulic presses use original Taiwanese or Japanese parts for the hydraulic power system, resulting in fewer malfunctions, high efficiency, low noise, low horsepower requirements, easy maintenance, and convenient adjustment of output, speed, and stroke.

Technology Daily (Reporter Shi Junbin, Correspondent Jiao Yue) Recently, a 19,500-ton free forging hydraulic press and a 300-ton/750-ton-meter full hydraulic forging manipulator, independently developed by China Heavy Industry Corporation, successfully completed their first hot load test run in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province. This marks the completion of the world's largest tonnage free forging hydraulic press and the world's largest clamping force/clamping torque full hydraulic forging manipulator currently in operation, achieving a globally advanced level of overall equipment installation. The 19,500-ton free forging hydraulic press adopts a three-beam, four-column, three-cylinder, top-drive, press-insert, full pre-stressed frame structure. Both the upper and lower beams use pre-stressed composite beams. The maximum forging capacity can reach 4
