Pneumatic Punch Press It is a commonly used equipment in modern industrial production. Although its operation is not as complex as ordinary equipment during use, Punch Press there are many points to note during inspection, which is the main difference between it and ordinary punch presses. So what are the inspection points of pneumatic punch presses and the differences from ordinary punch presses?

Pneumatic Punch Press Points to note during inspection:
1. Maintenance work can be divided into frequent maintenance work and regular maintenance work. Frequent maintenance refers to maintenance work that must be carried out every day, while regular maintenance work can be carried out weekly, monthly, or quarterly, and each maintenance work must be recorded. Maintenance work is only recorded for future fault diagnosis and handling.
2. When air leakage is found in the pneumatic punch head during inspection, each inspection point needs to be checked with soapy water, because this method of checking for leaks is more sensitive than listening to the sound.
3. The pneumatic cylinder piston rod is often exposed. Observe whether there are scratches, corrosion, and central wear on the piston rod. Whether there is air leakage can determine the contact condition between the piston rod and the front cover guide sleeve, the sealing ring, the quality of compressed air treatment, and whether there is a lateral load in the cylinder.
4. Such as safety valves, emergency shut-off valves, etc., rarely use die-casting molds. During regular inspections, it is necessary to confirm their operational reliability.
5. Let the solenoid valve repeatedly open and close, and judge whether the solenoid valve is working properly from the opening and closing sounds. For AC solenoid valves, if there is a buzzing sound, it should be considered that the armature and the static iron core are not completely closed, there is dust on the closing surface, the magnetic isolation ring is loose or damaged.

Several common differences between pneumatic punch presses and ordinary punch presses:
1. Pneumatic punch presses are safer than ordinary punch presses;
2. Pneumatic Punch Press has higher precision than ordinary punch presses, and the upper and lower molds are more convenient than ordinary punch presses.
3. The speed of a pneumatic punch press is faster than that of a pneumatic punch press; a pneumatic punch press has a cylinder, so it needs air, but it usually doesn't;
4. The price of a pneumatic punch press is higher than that of an ordinary punch press.
5. Braking method: For pneumatic presses, the braking method is a pneumatic clutch, and the main pressing power comes from the motor-driven flywheel, which drives the crankshaft and thus generates an impact. Ordinary punch presses use traditional braking methods, which are mechanical key-type brakes, and the main pressing power is generated by the motor-driven flywheel generating impact force.
The above article details the inspection points of pneumatic punch presses and all the differences between pneumatic punch presses and ordinary punch presses. I hope this introduction will help all customers.

What are the characteristics of a hydraulic press?
CNC hydraulic oil pumps generally use internal gear pumps, while traditional hydraulic presses generally use axial piston pumps. At the same flow rate and pressure, the noise of an internal gear pump is 5 dB to 10 dB lower than that of an axial piston pump. The motor of a CNC hydraulic press runs at rated speed during pressing and return, and its noise emission is 5 dB to 10 dB lower than that of a traditional hydraulic press. When the slider rapidly descends and is stationary, the servo motor speed is 0, so the CNC hydraulic press has essentially no noise emission.

Application scope and system selection of small hydraulic presses
Suitable applications for small hydraulic presses include: 1. Punching various silicone and plastic buttons for mobile phones or remote controls, and cutting plastic products; 2. Cutting various protective films for mobile phones, digital cameras, and laptop LCD screens, as well as precision cutting and halving of various pressure-sensitive adhesives and trademarks; 3. Embossing, forming, etc., of various PV, PE, PC and other thin-film switches and panels; 4. Pressing and forming various flexible circuit lines for laptop keyboards, etc. Small hydraulic presses use original Taiwanese or Japanese parts for the hydraulic power system, resulting in fewer malfunctions, high efficiency, low noise, low horsepower requirements, easy maintenance, and convenient adjustment of output, speed, and stroke.

Technology Daily (Reporter Shi Junbin, Correspondent Jiao Yue) Recently, a 19,500-ton free forging hydraulic press and a 300-ton/750-ton-meter full hydraulic forging manipulator, independently developed by China Heavy Industry Corporation, successfully completed their first hot load test run in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province. This marks the completion of the world's largest tonnage free forging hydraulic press and the world's largest clamping force/clamping torque full hydraulic forging manipulator currently in operation, achieving a globally advanced level of overall equipment installation. The 19,500-ton free forging hydraulic press adopts a three-beam, four-column, three-cylinder, top-drive, press-insert, full pre-stressed frame structure. Both the upper and lower beams use pre-stressed composite beams. The maximum forging capacity can reach 4
