Press manufacturer: How can hydraulic presses save energy?
Press manufacturer: Hydraulic press Classified by the type of liquid transmitting pressure, there are two types: oil press and water press. However, water presses generate greater total pressure and are often used for forging and stamping. Hydraulic presses are machines that use liquid as a working medium to transmit energy to achieve various processes. They can not only be used for forging and molding, but also for calibration, extrusion, packaging, stamping, and pressing plates.
Only knowing Hydraulic press the energy-saving principle can energy-saving work be carried out. First, the hydraulic press uses a quantitative pump to add oil, and a proportional valve to return the excess oil to the tank. During this process, the oil filling amount and motor speed remain unchanged, but the requirements for speed and pressure are different. In actual operation, there is at least a large amount of waste. Using variable frequency energy-saving methods to observe the proportional pressure and flow signals of the numerical control system, adjust the flow adjustment required for each workflow of the hydraulic press to meet the system requirements, and increase the motor speed when not working to improve the energy-saving space.

Press manufacturer: Due to Hydraulic press the large fluctuations in the output power of the system, and the different requirements for flow and pressure in each process, the flow valve and pressure valve can adjust the required flow and pressure, but the metering pump has no adjustment function, so the increase in flow will waste energy, and the wear and tear of each valve, increased flow and high noise will also increase.
The design capacity of the hydraulic press motor is higher than the actual capacity, which will cause electrical waste. Therefore, it is recommended to use an energy-saving motor with a variable frequency drive to improve the design, reduce waste, and extend the life of the hydraulic press while protecting the motor.
Press manufacturer: Hydraulic press characteristics
1. Reduce weight and save materials.
2. Reduce the number of parts and molds, and reduce mold costs. Hydraulically formed products usually only require one set of molds, but most stamping parts require multiple sets of molds. The number of engine bracket parts for hydraulic forming has been reduced from 6 to 1, and the number of radiator support parts has been reduced from 17 to 10.
3. Reduce the amount of subsequent processing and assembly welding.
4. Improve strength and stiffness, and improve fatigue strength (such as hydraulically formed radiator supports). Stiffness will be improved in both vertical and horizontal directions.
5. Reduce production costs. Statistical analysis of applicable hydraulically formed parts shows that the production cost of hydraulically formed parts is lower than that of stamping parts, and the mold cost is lower.

What are the characteristics of a hydraulic press?
CNC hydraulic oil pumps generally use internal gear pumps, while traditional hydraulic presses generally use axial piston pumps. At the same flow rate and pressure, the noise of an internal gear pump is 5 dB to 10 dB lower than that of an axial piston pump. The motor of a CNC hydraulic press runs at rated speed during pressing and return, and its noise emission is 5 dB to 10 dB lower than that of a traditional hydraulic press. When the slider rapidly descends and is stationary, the servo motor speed is 0, so the CNC hydraulic press has essentially no noise emission.

Application scope and system selection of small hydraulic presses
Suitable applications for small hydraulic presses include: 1. Punching various silicone and plastic buttons for mobile phones or remote controls, and cutting plastic products; 2. Cutting various protective films for mobile phones, digital cameras, and laptop LCD screens, as well as precision cutting and halving of various pressure-sensitive adhesives and trademarks; 3. Embossing, forming, etc., of various PV, PE, PC and other thin-film switches and panels; 4. Pressing and forming various flexible circuit lines for laptop keyboards, etc. Small hydraulic presses use original Taiwanese or Japanese parts for the hydraulic power system, resulting in fewer malfunctions, high efficiency, low noise, low horsepower requirements, easy maintenance, and convenient adjustment of output, speed, and stroke.

Technology Daily (Reporter Shi Junbin, Correspondent Jiao Yue) Recently, a 19,500-ton free forging hydraulic press and a 300-ton/750-ton-meter full hydraulic forging manipulator, independently developed by China Heavy Industry Corporation, successfully completed their first hot load test run in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province. This marks the completion of the world's largest tonnage free forging hydraulic press and the world's largest clamping force/clamping torque full hydraulic forging manipulator currently in operation, achieving a globally advanced level of overall equipment installation. The 19,500-ton free forging hydraulic press adopts a three-beam, four-column, three-cylinder, top-drive, press-insert, full pre-stressed frame structure. Both the upper and lower beams use pre-stressed composite beams. The maximum forging capacity can reach 4
