Compared with traditional hydraulic presses, servo hydraulic presses have three major advantages: energy saving, low noise, and easy maintenance. A detailed analysis is as follows:

Energy saving of servo hydraulic press: According to different processing technologies and production rhythms, servo hydraulic presses can save 20%~60% of electricity. In the pressure holding stage, the speed of the servo motor of the servo hydraulic press is only to supplement the leakage of the pump and the system, and the speed is generally between 10-150 rpm, and the power consumption is only 1%~10% of the rated power.
The motor of the servo hydraulic press runs at rated speed during pressing and return, and its emission noise is 5 dB~10 dB lower than that of traditional hydraulic presses. Through experiments and calculations, the noise generated by 10 servo hydraulic presses under general operating conditions is lower than that of ordinary hydraulic presses of the same specification.
Less heating, lower refrigeration cost, and lower hydraulic oil cost. The hydraulic system of the servo hydraulic press does not have overflow heating, and there is no flow when the slider is stationary, so there is no hydraulic resistance heating. The heat generation of the hydraulic system is generally 10%~30% of that of traditional hydraulic presses. Due to the low heat value of the system, most servo hydraulic presses may not be equipped with a hydraulic oil cooling system, while some with high heat values may be equipped with a low-power cooling system.
Because the pump has zero speed and low heat generation most of the time, the oil tank of the servo-controlled hydraulic press can be smaller than that of traditional hydraulic presses, and the oil change time can be extended, so the hydraulic oil consumed by the servo hydraulic press is generally only about 50% of that of traditional hydraulic presses. High degree of automation, good flexibility, and high precision. The pressure, speed, and position of the servo hydraulic press are all closed-loop digital controls. In addition, its pressure and speed are programmable to meet the needs of various processes.
A servo hydraulic press is an energy-efficient hydraulic press that uses a servo motor to drive the main drive oil pump, reduces the control valve circuit, and controls the hydraulic press slider. The servo hydraulic press mainly consists of a frame, an operating table, a proportional hydraulic system, a servo electrical system, a pressure sensor, and pipelines. Functions:
1. The servo hydraulic press can judge the pressing quality. When pressing, the entire process of pressure and displacement can be displayed on the LCD screen, the entire pressing process can be managed online, the product qualification can be judged at any time, and defective products can be eliminated in time.
2. Pressure, pressing depth, and holding time can be digitally input on the operating table, which is simple to operate.
3. The servo hydraulic press is connected to a computer at the external end, and the computer can press the data into and store it in the computer, ensuring data traceability and facilitating management.

What are the characteristics of a hydraulic press?
CNC hydraulic oil pumps generally use internal gear pumps, while traditional hydraulic presses generally use axial piston pumps. At the same flow rate and pressure, the noise of an internal gear pump is 5 dB to 10 dB lower than that of an axial piston pump. The motor of a CNC hydraulic press runs at rated speed during pressing and return, and its noise emission is 5 dB to 10 dB lower than that of a traditional hydraulic press. When the slider rapidly descends and is stationary, the servo motor speed is 0, so the CNC hydraulic press has essentially no noise emission.

Application scope and system selection of small hydraulic presses
Suitable applications for small hydraulic presses include: 1. Punching various silicone and plastic buttons for mobile phones or remote controls, and cutting plastic products; 2. Cutting various protective films for mobile phones, digital cameras, and laptop LCD screens, as well as precision cutting and halving of various pressure-sensitive adhesives and trademarks; 3. Embossing, forming, etc., of various PV, PE, PC and other thin-film switches and panels; 4. Pressing and forming various flexible circuit lines for laptop keyboards, etc. Small hydraulic presses use original Taiwanese or Japanese parts for the hydraulic power system, resulting in fewer malfunctions, high efficiency, low noise, low horsepower requirements, easy maintenance, and convenient adjustment of output, speed, and stroke.

Technology Daily (Reporter Shi Junbin, Correspondent Jiao Yue) Recently, a 19,500-ton free forging hydraulic press and a 300-ton/750-ton-meter full hydraulic forging manipulator, independently developed by China Heavy Industry Corporation, successfully completed their first hot load test run in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province. This marks the completion of the world's largest tonnage free forging hydraulic press and the world's largest clamping force/clamping torque full hydraulic forging manipulator currently in operation, achieving a globally advanced level of overall equipment installation. The 19,500-ton free forging hydraulic press adopts a three-beam, four-column, three-cylinder, top-drive, press-insert, full pre-stressed frame structure. Both the upper and lower beams use pre-stressed composite beams. The maximum forging capacity can reach 4
