Servo Hydraulic Press It is mainly composed of a frame, moving plate, moving worktable, guide column, main oil cylinder, hydraulic system, servo motor, electrical system, pressure sensor, and piping mechanical structures. A servo hydraulic press uses a servo motor to drive the main drive oil pump, reducing the control valve circuit and controlling the slider of the hydraulic press, making it an energy-saving hydraulic press.

I. Features of Servo Hydraulic Press:
1. Driving Mode:
The servo hydraulic press uses a servo motor to drive the operation of the ball screw, and its pressure is converted from the power output of the motor. In contrast, an ordinary hydraulic press uses a motor to drive the oil pump, and the pressure is transmitted through oil pipes and valve bodies, resulting in some loss.
2. Energy Saving and Environmental Protection:
Servo hydraulic presses use servo motors. In standby mode, the motor remains stationary, and the speed and power change during operation. However, for ordinary hydraulic presses, the motor is always rotating, consuming a large amount of electricity. During operation, the speed and power are constant.
3. Control:
Servo hydraulic presses can set multi-stage stroke speed, stop position, and pressure within the allowable range, but ordinary hydraulic presses cannot be controlled due to the sealing of the piping and cylinder.
II. Functions:
1. It can judge the pressing quality. During the pressing process of the servo hydraulic press, the entire process of pressure and displacement can be displayed on the LCD screen, allowing for online management of the entire pressing process, judging whether the products at each stage are qualified, and promptly eliminating defective products.
2. Pressure, pressing depth, and holding time can be input on the control panel, making operation simple.
3. It is connected to a computer externally, and the computer can input and save the data to the computer to ensure data traceability and facilitate management.
III. Advantages of Servo Hydraulic Press:
1. Energy saving.
2. Low noise.
3. Reduced heat, lower cost.
4. High degree of automation, good flexibility, and high precision.
IV. Uses of Servo Hydraulic Press:
1. Used for stamping dies in the motor, automotive parts, home appliance, and electronics industries.
2. Used for constant pressure systems.
3. Used for pressure and extension testing systems.
Hydraulic Press Widely used in trimming, deburring, and shaping of die-cast parts of aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, and zinc alloy, such as various automotive parts, hardware tools, motor housings, and household appliance die-cast parts. Based on the original die-casting trimming machine, improvements and upgrades have been made according to the process requirements of die-casting and hardware trimming, as well as safety protection against personal injury. The new high-speed hydraulic press has a safety grating protection function and a device slider anti-drop device, which can effectively protect the operational safety of operators and reduce the possibility of manual crushing injuries.

What are the characteristics of a hydraulic press?
CNC hydraulic oil pumps generally use internal gear pumps, while traditional hydraulic presses generally use axial piston pumps. At the same flow rate and pressure, the noise of an internal gear pump is 5 dB to 10 dB lower than that of an axial piston pump. The motor of a CNC hydraulic press runs at rated speed during pressing and return, and its noise emission is 5 dB to 10 dB lower than that of a traditional hydraulic press. When the slider rapidly descends and is stationary, the servo motor speed is 0, so the CNC hydraulic press has essentially no noise emission.

Application scope and system selection of small hydraulic presses
Suitable applications for small hydraulic presses include: 1. Punching various silicone and plastic buttons for mobile phones or remote controls, and cutting plastic products; 2. Cutting various protective films for mobile phones, digital cameras, and laptop LCD screens, as well as precision cutting and halving of various pressure-sensitive adhesives and trademarks; 3. Embossing, forming, etc., of various PV, PE, PC and other thin-film switches and panels; 4. Pressing and forming various flexible circuit lines for laptop keyboards, etc. Small hydraulic presses use original Taiwanese or Japanese parts for the hydraulic power system, resulting in fewer malfunctions, high efficiency, low noise, low horsepower requirements, easy maintenance, and convenient adjustment of output, speed, and stroke.

Technology Daily (Reporter Shi Junbin, Correspondent Jiao Yue) Recently, a 19,500-ton free forging hydraulic press and a 300-ton/750-ton-meter full hydraulic forging manipulator, independently developed by China Heavy Industry Corporation, successfully completed their first hot load test run in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province. This marks the completion of the world's largest tonnage free forging hydraulic press and the world's largest clamping force/clamping torque full hydraulic forging manipulator currently in operation, achieving a globally advanced level of overall equipment installation. The 19,500-ton free forging hydraulic press adopts a three-beam, four-column, three-cylinder, top-drive, press-insert, full pre-stressed frame structure. Both the upper and lower beams use pre-stressed composite beams. The maximum forging capacity can reach 4
