Servo Press The movement of the slider is achieved by driving the eccentric gear through a servo motor. Through complex energization control, the servo press can arbitrarily program the stroke, speed, pressure, etc. It can even reach the rated tonnage of the printing press during low-speed operation. The working principle of the servo press is different from that of the traditional press. Based on the summary of its characteristics, different working mechanisms, technical schemes, and structural design methods of the servo press are proposed. Based on the energy accumulation theory of the constant torque system, the design calculation formulas for servo motor parameters, total rotational inertia on the motor shaft side, dynamic acceleration time of the brake, and braking torque are derived, and a crank spiral servo press is designed and developed. The results show that the servo press using this design scheme has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, and low cost.
The friction press has a simple structure, reliable performance, low cost, and easy maintenance. It has a history of nearly 200 years and is still widely used. Although the friction press has low control accuracy and high energy consumption, it has the characteristics of low cost and simple structure, and is still widely used in China with a large market. The friction press is a commonly used forging equipment that conforms to China's national conditions. Due to the increased complexity of the press structure and operation, the manufacturing and maintenance costs of the press have been increased, so it has not been widely used in China.
A spiral press is a press that moves the slider up and down through the rotation of the screw, achieving upward return and downward forging. The spiral press not only has the function of a forging hammer but also the characteristics of a mechanical press. Therefore, spiral presses are widely used in various forging processes, especially suitable for energy-saving and material-saving precision forging processes. Spiral presses have the advantages of simple structure, strong versatility, no dead point of the slider, simple adjustment and maintenance, and convenient mold design. Suitable for various straightening, finishing, refining, and flattening processes. Due to the great development of the aviation and power industries in the 1950s, the rapid development of spiral presses was promoted.
The clutch spiral press is a new type of spiral press launched in the late 1970s. This clutch spiral press surpasses the traditional press flywheel directional rotation movement method and the structural form of the spiral flywheel coupling. The clutch spiral press is a new type of spiral press that breaks through the traditional transmission method and combines the advantages of forging hammers, mechanical presses, and hydraulic presses.
The clutch spiral press is a new type of spiral press. During operation, the unbalanced inertia and moment of inertia of the moving parts of the spiral press will cause vibration of the machine base, and the vibration caused by the impact is very strong. The clutch spiral press is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, new, and versatile electromechanical integrated forging equipment. It has the advantages of large output energy, many impact times, computer control, long mold life, programmable pre-selection and setting of working parameters, and fault display. It is widely used in precision forging, die forging, extrusion, and fine processing.

What are the characteristics of a hydraulic press?
CNC hydraulic oil pumps generally use internal gear pumps, while traditional hydraulic presses generally use axial piston pumps. At the same flow rate and pressure, the noise of an internal gear pump is 5 dB to 10 dB lower than that of an axial piston pump. The motor of a CNC hydraulic press runs at rated speed during pressing and return, and its noise emission is 5 dB to 10 dB lower than that of a traditional hydraulic press. When the slider rapidly descends and is stationary, the servo motor speed is 0, so the CNC hydraulic press has essentially no noise emission.

Application scope and system selection of small hydraulic presses
Suitable applications for small hydraulic presses include: 1. Punching various silicone and plastic buttons for mobile phones or remote controls, and cutting plastic products; 2. Cutting various protective films for mobile phones, digital cameras, and laptop LCD screens, as well as precision cutting and halving of various pressure-sensitive adhesives and trademarks; 3. Embossing, forming, etc., of various PV, PE, PC and other thin-film switches and panels; 4. Pressing and forming various flexible circuit lines for laptop keyboards, etc. Small hydraulic presses use original Taiwanese or Japanese parts for the hydraulic power system, resulting in fewer malfunctions, high efficiency, low noise, low horsepower requirements, easy maintenance, and convenient adjustment of output, speed, and stroke.

Technology Daily (Reporter Shi Junbin, Correspondent Jiao Yue) Recently, a 19,500-ton free forging hydraulic press and a 300-ton/750-ton-meter full hydraulic forging manipulator, independently developed by China Heavy Industry Corporation, successfully completed their first hot load test run in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province. This marks the completion of the world's largest tonnage free forging hydraulic press and the world's largest clamping force/clamping torque full hydraulic forging manipulator currently in operation, achieving a globally advanced level of overall equipment installation. The 19,500-ton free forging hydraulic press adopts a three-beam, four-column, three-cylinder, top-drive, press-insert, full pre-stressed frame structure. Both the upper and lower beams use pre-stressed composite beams. The maximum forging capacity can reach 4
