2、 If Dongguan hydraulic press air enters the cylinder, an exhaust device or hydraulic cylinder should be added to move quickly with a larger stroke to forcibly remove the air.
3、 Dongguan hydraulic press The oil temperature in the oil cylinder is too high, the viscosity decreases, and the leakage increases ; or due to excessive impurities, the piston and piston rod are stuck. Heat dissipation, cooling, and other measures should be taken to replace the oil.
4、 The sealing ring of the hydraulic cylinder end cover is too tight or too loose. The sealing ring should be adjusted to the appropriate tightness to ensure that the piston rod can be pulled back and forth smoothly by hand without leakage.
5、 The coaxiality of the piston and piston rod is poor, and should be corrected and adjusted.
6、 The piston clearance is too large or the sealing device is damaged, causing Dongguan hydraulic press internal leakage. The clearance should be reduced, and the seals should be replaced.
7、 The piston clearance is too small, the seal is too tight, and the movement resistance increases. The clearance should be increased, and the tightness of the seal should be adjusted.
8、 Dongguan hydraulic press The piston rod is bent, and the friction is severe. The piston rod should be straightened.
