1. The machine tool runs for 600 hours for the first-level maintenance, mainly for the operator, and the maintenance worker cooperates.
2. First cut off the power supply and then perform the following maintenance work:
First, external maintenance:
1. Clean the outer surface of the machine to keep it clean inside and outside, no rust, no yellow robes.
2. Fit the missing screws, nuts, buttons, signs, etc.
Second, the beam and column guide maintenance:
1. Clean the upper and lower beams, the outer surface of the movable beam and the columns, guide rails, sliders and pressure plates. It is required to be clean and free of oil, yellow robes and rust-free spots.
2. Finish the upper surface of the movable beam and the upper surface of the lower beam and the pilist of the column, guide rail and slider.
3. Check and tighten the fasteners of the beam and column guide.
Third, hydraulic and lubrication system maintenance:
1. Wipe and inspect the surface of the oil pump, valve, fuel tank and pipe. It is required to be clean, free from rust, oil-free, yellow robes and leak-free.
2. Clean the oil cup, filter, and clear the oil path, the oil mark is bright.
3. Check the oil quality and oil volume of the fuel tank and add lubricant as appropriate.
4. Check the pressure gauge.
5. Check the lubrication of the column and guide rail.
Fourth, electrical components maintenance:
1. Wipe the electrical box and ask for no dust or grease.
2. Check that the line is complete, the hose protection connection is reliable, and the performance is good.
3. Check the movable beam travel switch, the action is sensitive and reliable.
4. The safety shield and column guard are fully equipped, and the foot switch cover is intact, safe and reliable.
5. Check and tighten the zeroing device.
Secondary maintenance
1. The machine tool is operated for 5,000 hours for secondary maintenance. The maintenance worker is the mainstay. The operator is involved. In addition to the first-level maintenance content and requirements, the following work should be done, and the wearing parts should be surveyed and the spare parts should be proposed.
2. First cut off the power supply and then perform the following maintenance work:
First, the beam and column guide maintenance:
1. Check and adjust the plane of the scraping beam, the guide rail of the column, the guide sleeve, the slider and the pressure plate to make it move smoothly and meet the process requirements.
2. Repair or replace the defective part.
Second, hydraulic and lubrication system maintenance:
1. Remove and wash the solenoid valve, grind the valve and valve core.
2. Clean and inspect the oil pump, cylinder, plunger, trim the burr, and replace the oil seal.
3. Verify the pressure gauge.
4. Repair or replace severely worn parts.
5. Drive to check that each cylinder and plunger run smoothly and there is no crawling. The support valve allows the movable beam to stop at any position and the pressure drop meets the process requirements.
